CONFERENCE RATES AND REGISTRATION
The registration rates for the conference can be found at the links below. Please note that the full conference rate includes daily lunches as well as dinner on Saturday evening for the attendees. Additional family members are invited to lunch with attendees but will require a separate registration, which can be found on the attendee registration links below. Registration for single days does not include the Saturday family dinner and celebration.

Lodging Deposit: A two-night deposit per room is required at the time the reservation is made. Room and tax for the entire stay is required 30 days prior to arrival. If full payment is not received, the room(s) will be returned to Snowbird’s inventory.
Lodging Cancellations: The reservation deposit is fully refundable up to thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date. Reservations cancelled 29-15 days prior to the arrival date will be charged two (2) night’s lodging and tax. Reservations cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival date are fully non-refundable. No-shows, delayed arrivals, and early departures are considered cancellations.
Airport shuttles may be arranged while booking lodging through Snowbird Central Reservations (1-800-232-9542) or up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Current pre-paid price for groups is $72.00 per person round trip or $38.00 each way. Walk-ups are accepted at a higher rate on a space available basis at the Canyon Transportation desk, located in the baggage claim area of the Salt Lake City International Airport. Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable. Driver gratuity is not included and prices are subject to change.

Important Cliff Lodge Rate Information:
The group reservation rate of $319 is a discounted block rate included for this event and is subject to availability. Other charges include a $25 Resort Fee which covers high-speed wireless internet, free equipment storage services, self-parking at all lodges including free valet at the Cliff Lodge, enjoyment of pools, hot tubs, fitness room, laundry facilities, in-room Cliff coffee, USA Today, and free faxing. A portion of the resort fee is matched by a congressional grant through the National Forest Foundation. All rates and resort fees are net-non-commissionable and are exclusive of the current 11.6% Utah state sales tax. Current taxes and fees in effect at the time of your reservation will apply.
Snowbird will offer the above group rate to conference attendees wishing to extend their stay up to 2 days prior and 2 days following the conference dates of February 11-14, 2016, subject to availability.
Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm and is guaranteed at 6:00 pm. Snowbird will make every effort to check guests in prior to that time if rooms are available. Check-0ut time is 11:00 am. Luggage storage is available through the bell service for guests arriving prior to check-in and for those involved in meetings or activities that extend past check-out time. Photo ID is required at check-in along with a credit card or cash deposit for incidental charges. Debit cards are not recommended.
