SUMMARY:UAFP Student & Resident Poster Session
DESCRIPTION:\nUAFP invites you to submit an abstract in research, clinical inquiry, community project, or education program to be considered for poster presentation at the 2025 UAFP Student & Resident Poster Session on Monday, February 3, 2025 at 6:30pm. The project MUST be related to family medicine to be considered.\nThere will be cash prizes awarded to the winners. The Poster Session will be held in conjunction with CME & Ski at the Westgate Resort in Park City, UT. ( https://utahafp.org/education/cme-ski/ )\nCME & Ski registration is not necessary to participate in the poster session. However, if you are interested in attending, you can learn more about the conference here. Please note, UAFP provides free registration for up to 10 students to attend. Please email Barb Muñoz for more information.\nSubmission Deadline\nMaterials must be received by UAFP by Sunday, December 8, 2024 by 11:59pm.\nAbstract Selection and Notification\nThe UAFP Member Engagement Committee will review all abstracts submitted and finalize the session program after the submission deadline. If your abstract is accepted for presentation, you will be notified by email no later than Monday, December 16, 2024 at 5:00pm.\nPRESENTATION FORMAT\nThe hotel where the poster session will be held does not have any way for posters to be hung, so you must be able to mount your poster on foam core board, poster board, or cardboard. We will provide easels and tables.
