DESCRIPTION:AAFP Congress of Delegates Resolution Discussion\nYour elected UAFP delegates will be attending AAFP Congress of Delegates (COD) October 4-6, 2025, in Anaheim, CA. Each year at COD, delegates from all 50 states vote on resolutions put forth by other state AAFP chapters.
