Dr. Hanna Raber is originally from Iowa where she completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2014 from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. After graduation, she completed two years of residency in ambulatory care pharmacy within a family medicine residency program at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka, Indiana. In addition to ambulatory care, her residency training focused on academia and global health. Her areas of interest include chronic disease management, family medicine, motivational interviewing, and global health.
Dr. Raber is currently an assistant clinical professor in the pharmacotherapy department of the University of Utah College of Pharmacy and a clinical pharmacist at Madsen family medicine clinic.
