FAQs

1. Will the event be taking place in person or virtual?

Our event is in-person with all sessions available to stream as well. However, we do not consider this a "hybrid" event as the emphasis is on the in-person benefits.

2. How many exhibitors and attendees will you be hosting this year in person? What are the demographics?

Our conference is relatively small with approximately 100 attendees each year. The attendee breakdown tends to be approximately 60% family physicians, 35% advanced practice clinicians, and other remaining 5% physicians from other specialties.

Approximately 40% of our attendees practice in Utah and the rest are from all over the country. Last year we had 30 states represented.

Due to the size of our event, we limit our exhibitors/sponsors to 12 organizations.

Is this show cash and carry (sales allowed) or order-writing only?

We have no restrictions in place on sales.

What are the daily exhibit hours?

You will reach most attendees during breaks, but with the setup of the room, you will have people coming in and out of the exhibitor area throughout the day. Please see the full schedule here.

5. How many complimentary exhibitor badges are included with a booth purchase?

Two.

6. Are carpet and electricity included, or charged separately?

They are included. The room is entirely carpeted.

7. What is the price per booth or tabletop?

It depends on the package you purchase. Please see our brochure here for all packages.

8. What is the floor plan for exhibitors?

Here is a link to the floor plan.
