Those attending the Group KSA (separate registration required) can earn up to 8.00 hours. Those attending the full conference can earn up to 18.00 hours. Please contact UAFP for any additional questions about CME credit.

One-Bedroom Suite: $415.00
Rooms must be reserved before 1/22/20. There will be no guarantee Westgate Park City will have additional rooms available if you are booking after 1/22/20.
All reservations need to be made by calling 1-877-502-7058 and giving the group code of 65-380 CME & Ski PLEASE SPECIFY TO RESERVATION AGENT THAT THE EVENT IS IN FEBRUARY 2020 If you do not provide this information to the reservation agent your reservation will not be booked properly resulting in paying the full BAR rate for your dates.
A one-night deposit will be due upon booking. In addition to the room rate there is a tax that will be applied to each reservation
Remaining lodging balance will be due upon check-in. If you would like to make incremental payments from now until you arrive please email Erin Okeefe at email@example.com
Cancellations need to be made before 72 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations made after 72 hours forfeit the deposit as a penalty.
Reservation adjustments or changes please email firstname.lastname@example.org there is no penalty to make small adjustments to your reservation after it is booked.
Check-in begins at 4pm. Check out is at 10am.
Discount Lift Tickets:
Discount lift tickets for Park City Mountain Resort will be available soon for advance purchase. Tickets must be purchased by 1/31/19 to receive discount.
Please note that Park City Mountain Resort also accepts the Epic Pass.
Adult (13-64): $142 per day
Junior (5-12): $91 per day
Senior (65+): $98 per day
Children 4 and under are free.
