Lodging Update as of 12/13/24
We are sold out of rooms at the Westgate. We have spoken with the hotel and they do not have any additional availability for our conference. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Alternate Lodging
Fortunately, there are several properties within walking distance or a short cabriolet ride from the Westgate with availability if you’d still like to attend the conference and stay at a property close by.
Sundial Lodge (lowest rates)
YOTELPAD (low rates and directly across the street from the Westgate)
Hyatt Centric Park City (similar rates)
Grand Summit Hotel (slightly more expensive)
Pendry Park City (most expensive)
To search all properties within a few miles the Park City Mountain site has a robust search engine
If you’d like to discuss other lodging options in the area, we are happy to help! Please call 801-736-0722 X 2 for assistance.
ALL SESSIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ATTEND VIRTUALLY AS WELL AS IN-PERSON!
By now you’ve probably heard that Salt Lake City will be hosting the 2034 Winter Olympics! And we could not be more excited for you to ski and learn where the world’s best winter athletes will compete once again, as Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley are both official Olympic venues!
