Overview

The Common Problems in Pediatrics Conference is designed for physicians, residents, advanced practice providers and others interested in pediatric care issues. The latest practical information on delivering healthcare children will be presented through lectures and discussions. Interaction between faculty and the audience is facilitated through question and answer periods.

A wide variety of clinically relevant topics have been included to appeal to a broad range of interests. As a result of this conference, the attendee should be able to evaluate, manage, and appropriately refer pediatric patients with problems in the areas of POTs, scoliosis, social media, short stature, and fat vs sugar.

Objectives
  1. Review current evidence-based research focusing on subspecialty care in a primary care pediatric practice.
  2. Evaluate, manage, and appropriately refer pediatric patients with problems in the areas of POTs, scoliosis, social media, short stature, and fat vs sugar.
