According to a recent survey of 1,000 independent pediatricians,  HPV vaccination was down 73% comparing early April to mid-February of 2020. Although reduced rates were to be expected given the COVID-19 pandemic, the significant decrease is not good news when we have a vaccine that can prevent six different cancers.  Postponing well-child checkups and routine vaccinations puts many at risk. More and more clinics and providers are opening back up. Now is the time to get back on track with prevention.
