UAFP Annual Member Meeting

Join us the evening of Friday, September 17th from 6:00pm – 8:30pm at the University of Utah Alumni House for dinner, introduction of new board members, awards for Utah Family Medicine Champion of the Year and Utah Family Physician of the Year, and keynote address by AAFP President, Dr. Ada Stewart. Dinner is free for UAFP members and a guest. Please register by Friday, September 10.

Note about public safety concerns: Our plan is at this time to host this event as a hybrid with an in-person option with safety protocols in place OR you may attend remotely.

With emerging information about how the delta variant is transmitted even among those fully vaccinated, we will require masks to be worn by all guests except when eating. For those more comfortable eating outside, tables and chairs will be provided on the back patio.

If for any reason we are unable to host this event in-person, we will hold it virtually over Zoom.
