Paula Cook is a board certified physician in Family and Addiction Medicine. She is the assistant director of training for the Addiction Medicine Fellowship at the University of Utah and is involved with the University Bridge program, the Opioid Response Network Grant, Project Echo and mentoring rural primary care providers in all things addiction. She is also currently a fellow in the University of Arizona’s Integrative Medicine program aiming to combine primary care, addiction and integrative medicine.
