Survey Request
Dear Family Physicians,
A survey is being conducting to better understand physicians’ thoughts on social issues and anti-racism in medicine and your help is requested.
Your perspectives on this are very important as anti-racism becomes more integrated in the medical field. This survey is for physicians who are currently caring for patients in the United States. Participation in this survey is optional, and no harm or direct benefit will come from participating. The survey should take about 5-7 minutes to complete, and you can stop at any time without penalty. All responses are anonymous. When you submit the survey, another survey will appear allowing you to provide your email address for a raffle to win a $100 gift card. Your email for the raffle is NOT linked to your initial survey response.
This survey has an IRB exemption from the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago under the principal investigator Dr. Nia Heard-Garris. If you have any questions, you can contact Dr. Shawnese Clark at 240-506-8967 or shaclark@luriechildrens.org.
