UAFP Annual Member Meeting and Awards Dinner

UAFP will be hosting our Annual Member Meeting and Awards Dinner on Friday, November 7 at the Black Desert Resort. This event is free for UAFP members and one guest. Up to 2 additional guest tickets can be purchased for $75 per person. You do not need to attend the conference to attend the Annual Member Meeting and Awards Dinner.

*The AAFP has reviewed Southern Utah Family Medicine Conference and deemed it acceptable for up to 12.00 Live AAFP Prescribed credit(s). Term of Approval is from 11/07/2025 to 11/08/2025. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.
