Save the Date: Mountain West Transforming Care Conference

The Mountain West Transforming Care Conference is a regional interdisciplinary event that brings together primary care providers, advanced care clinicians, mental health providers, and more to advance the health and well-being of LGBTQ communities.

Mental health and care providers can earn up to 16 CEUs for attending. CEUs count toward obtaining Utah’s new Transgender Treatment Certification required for providers who serve transgender and gender-diverse adolescents.
