We invite UAFP members and a guest to join us the evening of Friday, November 7 at the Black Desert Resort in Ivins, UT for the introduction of new board members, induction of new UAFP President, awards for Utah Family Medicine Champion of the Year and Utah Family Physician of the Year, and keynote address by AAFP Board Member, Dr. Kisha Davis.
Dinner is free for UAFP members and a guest. Additional tickets may be purchased for $75 per person.
