Parking: If you are staying at the resort overnight, you can either utilize valet or self park. Regardless, you'll need to check in first at the front desk. If you are not staying at the hotel, you'll need to use the valet. Please let them know that you are there for the CME & Ski conference as a vendor. We are providing parking services with a list of vendors as parking is limited. Like most valets, it is complementary, but tips are appreciated.

Shipping Packages to the Venue: If you have a display or other items that need to be shipped in advance, you are more than welcome to.

Check-in and setup times: You are welcome to set up early on Sunday, Feb 1 if you would like. The room will be open and available from 2-4pm that afternoon. I will be there setting up as well.

The conference space is in the Bison Ballroom and sponsors/exhibitors are in rooms 4 & 5. Your space will have a table card on it so you'll be able to see where you are setting up.

Alternatively, you can set up as early as 6:00am the following morning, Feb 2. Breakfast and registration runs from 6:15am - 7:00am on Monday. That will be your first opportunity to interact with attendees.

Food: We have ordered enough food for exhibitors to eat as well, so feel free to grab a bite to eat anytime we have food!

Exhibitor Bingo: We have great prizes ranging in value from $50 - $150 for our attendees. To win, they need to visit you! When attendees visit your booth, they will likely ask for a stamp on their bingo card. You'll have stamps provided for you on your table before you arrive.

Best Times to Interact with Attendees: Breakfast and apres ski times will certainly have the most activity, but since you will be located in the same room as the food and coffee, there will be people drifting in and out throughout the day. Don't hesitate to have conversations with people even during the sessions.

Wednesday is a half day and we will draw for the prizes at 11:00am at the conclusion of the conference. So while you are welcome to stay until the conference concludes, if you feel you have talked to most attendees by Wednesday, feel free to break down anytime.
