Mark Wardle, DO, FAAFP
Dr. Mark Wardle grew up in CA and graduated from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo CA. He then came to Utah and completed his Family Medicine Residency at Utah Valley Family Medicine Residency. He has worked for Intermountain Healthcare for over 15 years practicing full spectrum Rural Family Medicine as well as Urgent Care. He has also taught Primary Care Medicine, Global Medicine and Medical Spanish as full-time faculty at Rocky Vista University since 2018. He enjoys running, juggling, and family outdoor activities.
Benjamin Wilde, DO, FAAFP
Dr. Ben Wilde, D.O. is a Wyoming native who graduated from Midwestern University—Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008. Following his residency training with Southern Illinois University and AOBFP board certification in Family Medicine, he maintained a full-scope rural practice in northern Wyoming, with added emphasis in both emergency and sports medicine. In 2017, he joined the faculty of Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine-Southern Utah campus, teaching both Principles of Clinical Medicine and Osteopathic Principles and Practices. He now serves as Vice Chair in the Department of Primary Care. Clinically, he provides medical care to residents of the Southern Utah Veterans Home, at the St. George Doctors Volunteer Clinic, and at Intermountain InstaCares in the St. George area. Family is of high priority to Dr. Wilde. He and his wife homeschool their five children and also teach parenting classes in their community.
The AAFP has reviewed Health Behaviors KSA and deemed it acceptable for up to 8.00 Knowledge Self-Assessment, Live AAFP Prescribed credit. Term of Approval is from 01/30/2021 to 01/30/2021. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
