We need your voice to strengthen Utah’s representation in the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) 2025 Family Medicine Career Benchmark Survey. The data from this survey powers the Career Benchmark Dashboard, giving key insights into compensation, benefits, job satisfaction, and more — filtered by state so you can see where things stand in Utah versus national benchmarks.

Currently, Utah is lagging behind other states in participation — and that puts us at a disadvantage. If only a few of us respond, the state-level data may not reach statistical significance and won’t accurately reflect our local realities.
