UAFP is seeking proposals for two upcoming conferences: Southern Utah Family Medicine Conference (November 13 – 14, 2026 in St. George, Utah) or CME & Ski (February 21-24, 2027 in Park City, Utah) Physicians and Healthcare Professionals are invited to submit proposals for either of these educational events which are attended by practicing family physicians, advanced practice clinicians, residents, and medical students and serve to continue their medical education.
