Favorite way to de-stress: Getting outdoors whether it’s a hike, a walk, or just being out in the mountains, time outside always resets me.

Why family medicine? I’m drawn to family medicine because of the continuity and the breadth. You build long-term relationships with patients across their whole lives and care for the whole person, not just one organ system. It’s the kind of medicine that keeps you connected to your community, and that’s exactly the kind of physician I want to be.
