This series of four self-paced modules is for clinicians, support staff and community health workers looking to improve musculoskeletal health for patients in Utah.

- An introduction to common musculoskeletal disorders
- Physical Activity Vital Sign (PAVS) assessment tool
- Electronic medical record (EMR) data pulling, chart review processes and referral pathways
- Discussion of the referral process to arthritis-appropriate evidence-based program classes

- Expertise from sports medicine physicians and the Osteoarthritis Action Alliance (OAAA)
- Action plans to help integrate screening into existing clinic workflow
- CEU and CME credits available for physicians and nurses
