Best thing about Utah? The access to the outdoors. Being able to finish work and still make it to the mountains for hiking, skiing, or trail running is hard to beat.

Favorite way to de-stress: Getting outside in the mountains, long hikes, exercise, reading, and spending time with friends. I also really enjoy traveling and exploring new places.

Fun fact about you: I love endurance/adventure travel and usually plan trips around hiking.

Why family medicine? I chose family medicine because it allows me to combine meaningful long-term patient relationships with prevention, lifestyle medicine, procedural medicine, and community impact. I love the breadth of the specialty and the opportunity to care for patients across all stages of life while helping them improve function, health, and quality of life.
