Best thing about Utah? Easily the mountains. Even when my schedule is too busy to get out and enjoy an activity up there, I’m always in awe of the views from Salt Lake.

Favorite way to de-stress: Moving in any way I can. My favorites are biking, hiking and playing soccer. Soaking up some sun always helps too!

Fun fact about you: My family owned raccoons for bit of time when I was a kid.

Why family medicine? I really value connecting with others and wanted that to be a huge part of my job so having the continuity of primary care seemed like a great fit. Plus, I want to do a job that I can enjoy while others my age would normally retire and family medicine seemed like something I’d never get bored of.
