Dr. Shane-McWhorter is a Professor (Clinical) Emeritus at the University of Utah College of Pharmacy. She teaches a course on natural product drugs and also works with interprofessional students to provide diabetes care and education remotely. Dr. Shane-McWhorter is also a Clinical Pharmacist with CHC, Inc., working with underserved patients who have diabetes and its comorbidities.
